  1. If the price is right it looks like you'll be making half a dozen sets
  2. I saw some fish eye fogs on eBay for the Roadster, brackets and all. I think they're S-Mann, and I've been happy with all their products I've ordered. I might give those a shot! As long as they're long enough to hold an HID bulb I'd be happy
  3. [i bought new headlight housings and they came with the euro amber bulbs in them already. I messed up the dimmer switch when I installed my Double DIN Nav deck, so I'm probably going to have to spend the $36, but if it's that difficult I'm probably just going to skip it. I have low and high beam 6000k HID's. Pretty much day time driving down a dark road. Just wanted the fogs for looks! Thanks anyways
  4. Best to contact your local MB dealer, but Transport Canada issued that recall so i'm unsure how that would play out in the States. Mine were replaced under warranty last winter but started to jam up a few weeks ago. They obviously won't replace them again, so I just sprayed a bunch of silicone lubricant into all the latches to displace the water and dust. No issues so far, just give them a light spray every few weeks!
  5. While I was recharging my AC last week I saw a wire just under the low pressure nozzle. I'm assuming it's for the fog lights because the exact same wire is on the other side. If I plug in an H11 bulb will it work? Or is there more than just plug and play to make them work? And just while I'm on a new post, I got a new thermostat and Tolsen's restrictor plug put in on Friday. My car used to never reach temp, but now it heats to about 96 Celsius, then drops down and sits at 89 Celsius within about 2km (but has taken as far as 5.5km, sitting in rush hour averaging 15km/h) of driving. If you don't have it, I'd strongly reccomend it! Thanks, Troy
  6. I might arrange to meet with him this weekend. I wanna see what's going on with it. Only about 30 mins away from me. I wonder how/why he got his hands on it but knows nothing about it.
  7. [Just to name a few. I'd like to see what they call a service history, since they've been using high octane gas in their diesel. Probably hydraulic fluid for oil haha
  8. I was looking at Smart's on Kijiji and stumbled over this. Can anybody else see why this scares me? Keep in mind it's apparently a 2006. http://calgary.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehicles-c...QAdIdZ600942405 - Troy
  9. If it's the single horizontal line, I believe it's a blown ECU fuse. Try that to see if it clears the problem! (That's with the 450 at least. Read it on Evilution)
  10. I finally found a useful post for it after like 2 hours of looking. Thanks Dillen!
  11. So the front has to be removed? Is it behind the indicator or actually up behind the headlight assembly?
  12. Hey guys, my AC needs to be recharged, but I can't afford the $175 Canadian Tire charges to do it. I bought a kit, but the nozzle that came with the Red Tek kit is too small for the valve on the radiator. Is there another valve (such as a fill valve) or is the nozzle the incorrect size? This would be a whole lot easier if somebody lent me their Evilution account ;)Thought I'd ask before I returned the kit! Thanks, Troy
  13. Does the immobilizer come on by chance? (Key symbol on the cluster)
  14. I got up to 495 km last week and it took $27 to fill it with V-Power diesel. 2.5L left in reserve but the pump read close to 21L. I guess fuel is cheaper in Alberta than other parts of Canada right now! ($1.33/L for standard diesel)
  15. Thanks Dillen! I'm doing the thermostat and coolant mid June, so i'll get RCTS to do a quick look through. I'm worried about the alternator seizing up, what should I use to lubricate it? Just any deep penetrating lubricant?
