  1. The a/c needs to be topped up. From the a/c maintenance record on the vehicle, the a/c was last serviced in 2009 with R134a. I was wondering if I could top it up with 12a refrigerant since it's a more efficient refrigerant. Any input is greatly appreciated... Mario
  2. Condition is very good and it has been well-maintained, most recently on August 2, 2017. We simply need something larger for our daughter. Please contact via email at
  3. I've been having some problems with my A/C loosing refrigerant and my service shop has traced it back to the A/C line coupler that is just in front of the engine about 1/2 way down the underside of the car. My mechanic does not have the special tool to remove the black plastic housing which encases the joint and I live over 1000km's from the nearest dealer. Does anyone know how this black coupler housing can be removed? Thanks
  4. If you haven't already, remember to cycle the a/c a few times every month even (especially!) in winter in order to circulate the oil in the system so as to keep the seals from drying out. Otherwise you may find, come time you NEED airconditioning, that the refrigerant has leaked away. s m a r t regards, Bil
  5. Hey guys, my AC needs to be recharged, but I can't afford the $175 Canadian Tire charges to do it. I bought a kit, but the nozzle that came with the Red Tek kit is too small for the valve on the radiator. Is there another valve (such as a fill valve) or is the nozzle the incorrect size? This would be a whole lot easier if somebody lent me their Evilution account ;)Thought I'd ask before I returned the kit! Thanks, Troy
