Tracking The 451s For Canada

Do you have a total for the number that have made it to Canada now? What about the US, are their's on different boats landing in the US?

I'm in Caifornia right now and don't have access to my database, but the total is approaching 3500 2008 model year 451s so far.The US cars come into three different ports, and only the ones to Baltimore are sent by Wallenius-Wlhelmsen, so I had to either just track them or give up entirely. I did the latter because if I couldn't get all the VINs for the USA, spotting the cars (particularly in the Pacific NW USA) would be unrewarding, because they come into a California port.....and they're the ones I would see....

Hmmm. I wonder how long after the order is made am I likely to hear of my VIN # to start tracking?

You can ask your salesperson for a PO number, which will be issued as soon as the car is ordered, that allows you to track it too.

Mine was on the sales invoice - it is the last six digits of the VIN.

Either the VIN's last 6 digits, as mentioned above, or you can ask for the "PO number" which can also allow the car to be tracked.

How do I track my car with just the Order Number? When I bought my car it wasn't produced yet, so it didn't have a VIN yet. I've asked for the VIN but haven't heard back. All I know is it's supposed to be ready to ship.
