Time was, nearly everyone was 800x600 but not so anymore. Just wonderin' what y'all are viewing at these days?For example, I'm 1440x900 on a 19" monitor.:sun:

2880x900 on 2 19" widescreens at home.1280X800 on my 13.3" MacBook.1280x1024 on a 17" here at work.

The problem with running at non-optimal screen res on LCD monitors (I'm assuming) is that unlike old cathode monitors they aren't meant to be run at anything but the specific one for it. Anything else and you get an unclear picture, not just bigger size... it can actually increase eye strain. You may be better off looking at your computer's settings and choosing the "Large Fonts" option rather than altering the resolution. Just a thought. - Steven

90% of the time at work and home I'm on my 15" notebook computer at 1440 x 900.10% is spent at home on a 24" external LCD at 1920 x 1200.

1280 x 1024, 22" widescreen. I tried all the resolutions. I liked this one best. There's a lot of big screen people here. Small car, big screen.

Running 1152X864 with 32 bit color on a 24 inch Dell. I find it easy to read at about 30 inches.Tried 1920X1200 but had to pull the screen to about 20 inches to read it.
