I think it's important to note that there was a limit of 30 cars for this event, and that there's now a waiting list for it.

However, there are folks without cars, or who are just interested, who are planning to show up, it's just that the parking was limited to 30.

For more information, the Steam Whistle Brewery people have put up something about the Rally on their events page

There's a contact email for more information and a map. Oh, and a picture of their Steam Whistle smart.

This event was listed in the Wheels section of the Toronto Star today. It's in the regular Car Show/Meet listings.

Great day... so cool yet so bloody muggy at the same time. Too bad the soup put a damper on the day.

I'm surprised by the number of all black smarts that are showing up to these things. Some guy found us by accident shortly before I left (livnlarg license), in an all black pulse as well.

I was impressed with Sarah's smart from Downtown MB (yes, I said her smart ;)). Silver Passion Cabrio w/ Black Tridion. Probably one of the rarest colour combinations. I'm thinking a set of silver panels is in order some day.

Sure looks like it would have been a lot of fun.

There are a lot of wrapped cars there. I personally like the multi-colored "IAMSMART" car.

Hope I get to have as much fun when I get my smart at the end of the month.

Cheers :beerchug:

Excellent photos, and a good turnout in tough conditions!

It's like February here right now - 12-14 degrees and showers...

Pretty nice. Looks like you had fun.

We should plan an Ontario/Qu?bec Meeting!

Yes! If we can pool our resources, we could get the highest turnout to date. I think, a spectacle of cramming the most smart cars into the driveway of the Museum of Civilization in Hull would be nice.

How many people were there? They had a pic in the Sun too - the back of the Steam-whistle smart full of boxes.
