Sadly, I've only just discovered the Ontario Region area of this site, and I like the idea of doing the CIAS with a smartie group. I saw the parade last year, but didn't have the right car...

So, depending upon the skiing conditions, the date and the time, I'm in, too.

I'd be launching from North Toronto (Mt. Pleasant & Eglinton / Leaside) and there seems to be a fair number of smarts in my 'hood (including the plaid one that MB Canada sold...), so maybe we could convene as a sub-group at The Longest Yard or the Chick 'n' Deli for brunch first?

Sounds good, Spinner... I like the idea of meeting in KW, too. I'd come along for that... not too many chances to get so many cars together to zip along 401

Some good things are underway, and it's in my smart specialist's hands to work out how far they want to go (it's why I'm being quiet about it for awhile). Midtown has been waiting to do something for a long time, and really the only "event" they had was the express test-drive of the September 25th weekend, 2004, one week before the official smart launch.

While there will be a general invite to customers, there will also be special consideration for those who are signing up here. There should be enough to do, whether you want to make it a short event for yourself or go the distance. So far, I think we're set for doing this on Sunday, Februrary 19. Stay tuned.
