2nd last picture is the beef tenderloin and rustic potatoes that I had, very tasty. Medium rare, melts in the mouth.

Hi, in order from left to right, the dishes are salmon, scallops buried under greens!, "spanked" chicken (has bacon on top), the beef tenderloin, and I think, pork tenderloin. I think the last one was what Liz had, so she will be able to verify it. I couldn't get close enough to the rest of those on the table, but this may cover most of what people had.~~~ Alberta
