Winnipeg - Cruise Control

Picking up a 2008 smart fortwo passion coupe in a couple of days and I've heard from Mercedes that there is apparently someplace in the 'Peg that will install cruise in smarts.Anyone know who that dealer/shop is?

The Area 451 cruise is not too bad of a DIY install.
