Rear Bearing

no dial gauge... torque wrench. It is not "clicking" like the old one (it was bad)... but there is movement . Even when compared to PAX side - maybe I'm just oversensitive!

Test ride went well... NO MORE ANNOYING NOISE whenever I turn left :icon_surprised:

Next job is the Clutch Fork... working my way up!!

Cheers!

Bob

The link is not working for me.  Is there somewhere I can get instructions on how to get a grease fitting fitted to rear hubs on the 450 CDI ?

Can be done easily.  Details in thread below.  Since modifying rear and front bearings for grease injection more than a decade ago I have not replaced any wheel bearing on my Smart 450.
