A great time was had by all last night at the King Edward Pub! It even included a pack full of gifts from Santa delivered by SmartnHappy Bill. It was very delightful and food was delicious, as usual. Terrific pictures Alberta! Going east out of town on the main street, there was a house that was obviously entered in the local Xmas light competition. Second pic is blurry but you get the idea.

Thanks, everyone for a great evening. Thank you, Alberta, for the solo photo of me commemorating my reaching 70 the day before and very proud of it. Thanks also to Bill and Santa for the not photographed but much appreciated perfect gifts for imperfect people.

Thanks for the picture of the house! It must be the Adlingtons. Dennis has created a super garden and has really gone all out on the decorations now. We've not actually seen them at night, so must make a trip around the neighbourhood before the end of the holiday. He'll probably be the hands-down winner in the contest, as you noted.

Thanks Alberta for posting the pictures!Had a great evening and enjoyed the company and great food. Instead of ''the chef's revenge'' wings I chose the ''voodoo'' wings and really enjoyed them.On the way home on the west side of the road there was Santas sleigh, it must have been on the top of a barn, it looked AWESOME!!!
