May I suggest you carve your own out of maple wood. Will be a lot cheaper and most likely better made than those poorly made knobs costing 120 dollars plus.

Not with this particular vendor but the others gave me various reasons why they couldn't/wouldn't.

I could but then it wouldn't be all shiny & slick looking with a red & white insignia on it..... But a nice sterling silver or pewter maple leaf set into a wooden gear shift knob would be classy in an understated way, hmmm....
