Hopefully you're able to make it out!Right now I'm working on getting the lunch on Sunday sorted out. The plan is to do a BBQ (At an undisclosed location!). I'll be sure to have the basics covered in terms of dietary concerns (Eg. I'll make sure we've got vegetarian options available), but does anyone else have anything else I should be specifically asking about (Eg. Gluten intolerance, or something along those lines)? Post here, shoot me an email, or send me a PM and I'll try to do my best to accommodate.

I drove the Saturday and Sunday routes yesterday, and with the exception of a few silly issues, everything's a go! All our stops are happy to have us, and things should be great!

Still in progress, as apparently their email isn't working properly (See my post from a while back about sending emails, but not getting a reply). I am waiting for a confirmation callback from "The Barley Room" in Picton, Ontario. See here for the description, and here for the menu. We'll likely have a slightly reduced menu to keep things moving in the kitchen, but that should give you an idea.

Lunch on Sunday is being catered by the Mission Street North food truck. They serve Mexican food, and have vegetarian options on the menu. The cost of lunch is included below. The lunch location, however, will not be disclosed

Costs:

Saturday will have an optional $5 per head charge for a tour and sample at one of our stops. Lunch and dinner costs are your own responsibility.

Sunday will be $20 a head, which includes lunch, a sample, and a tour.

The things I'm thinking would be convenient for you to carry would be a large cooler, a spare tire (and tire change things like a jack, breaker bar with socket), and maybe the door prizes (depending on how much space they end up taking). I think you'd only need to carry humans if things go horribly wrong for someone (Which they hopefully won't!). Nothing that can't be transferred car to car in a few minutes.

I would also like to take this opportunity to gently remind any one who wants a shirt to get hold of me or Max and order before July 20th so we can embroider them.these are not the usual cheap t shirts this year to celebrate the tenth anniversary I thought we would go up marketand get a sport /golf shirt with a collar and a few buttons down the front. the price is $17.00 tax included. The colour is still a mystery as is the embroidery on them have to keep up the theme.Looking forward to seeing you all Karen
