Fuel Pump Load Relay

2 posts in this topic

I gathered a few components with a few factors in mind:1) size2) price3) resistance to moisture4) simplicity(plug and play)5) reliability(which remains to be seen)I decided to not use the relay plug or pigtail since its bigger than the relay itself, going against factor one. I will simply use double sided tape on the side of the relay. The black relay is chinese and epoxy sealed. The brown relay is a japenese unsealed quality denso. Two fuse holders were considered, deciding to go with the GM type, matching the spade width from the relay. Just a matter of piggybacking an existing fuse, fastening the ground at the post near by, cutting 1 wire and 2 splices. There may be variations from this until I can deem it reliable. I possibly could make kits available if there is a demand

Hope it is reliable and works well for you. I can't see there being a problem, just the time installing it.
