how to remove this egr circulation pipe bolt

I really do not understand why this bolt is so badly angled and how it was installed.

Please advice your tips.

Use a torx ring spanner.

Thanks. All I have is a gear spanner but it is too big. I am even thinking about cut a ring from socket and weld with a handle.

A four piece Torx ring spanner set only costs a few pounds.

A 1/4 sae box end wrench works fine, there is little torque needed to unfasten it.

I use a torx on the end of a small universal joint and an extension.

Will try saw box wrench if still can bite on it. Had chance buying e torx wrench but did not buy. Now stuck in here. Others are easy without any trouble.

I had one smart I was deleting the EGR on and the bolt was so buggered I ended up just welding a socket on to break it free.

I weld internally chamfered hex nuts to them. Cheaper than sockets. The heat from the weld is sufficient to get even the most stubborn bolt loose.

Eventually grind and drill off. Really do not want to try again.
