Maybe problem on CDI

Hi everyone! I have one problem. When the car is warm and leave it 10 minutes then i start engine i have blue smoke for 5 seconds, and then stops. if I add a little rev then immediately stop smoke. And when i connect the battery to multmetar it shows 12.5 v after 5 sec it shows 14.5 V in same period as smoke

Does the car need oil to be added (does the engine consume oil?).

Voltage: The car does not enable the alternator for a few seconds after starting. Normal. You can hear the engine tone change and see the dash brighten as it powers the alternator.

Smoke: Without other symptoms like excess oil consumption, lack of power, poor fuel economy, hard starting, a puff of blue on start-up just means your engine is not baby-fresh new anymore. Mine has been puffing blue on start-up for 100K km (now at 284K), and running just fine. The RAV4 at 230K km also puffs some blue when started. Don't stress out too much.

He has 97,000 km, and consumes 0.5 liters of oil at service to service- 10,000 km-6200 miles I think that's ok.

Alex like you said the car change the sound when the alternator starts.

Yeah oil consumption is low, that is good.
