Heating Issue

Hi all,

 

Just a quick question, the air vents in my Smart Car only blow out hot air when the temperature is set to the highest setting, anything less it blows out cold air.

 

Any suggestions?

 

It is a 2012 model, with 28000 miles on the clock and two previous owners, no serious problems before and very good condition.
