ive only taken the back off ...to change out a blown airbag

for cleaning i used a small bissell ...except for once when i had them completey out i used a pressure washer and just let them dry in the sun...either method required 2 or 3 cleanings because i noticed it never got all the dirt out and the parts that took longer to dry left visible dirt lines

How do I take the back off?   That's where the rattle is at.

Have you checked to see if your seat belt buckle, the belt side, is hitting against your seat? The only other thing it could be is in side your air bag but that would be rare. I have taken mine apart, nothing in the back that I could see in side that would cause a rattle.
