Welcome to the site, first off.....
I think I read today or yesterday that there was an update for the transmission that the dealership needs to do for it...?   I could be wrong.....OR it needs the clutch actuator adjusted or cleaned, that you can do if at all handy with simple tools.  That should be here in the correct section for your model and year of Smart Car, check forums.

Well, I am asking for help about my transmission, but looks this is the first time it happens to one Smart fortwo, nobody knows about this problem, My problem is that not even Mercedes Benz service, knows about it, I was at a dealership and they start changing the actuator for a new one, then the rpm sensor and so on, I decide to try in this forum because they will replace the rest of parts for a lot of money and the problem will not go, I will try by myself according to my criteria and let's see what happens, If somebody knows about this problem, please let me know how it was solved or try to work together to solve it.

Thanks guys

Ignorance is the cause. Don’t buy any unSmart car and you will not suffer any such trouble.
