The clutch actuator Has been removed and greased and has been calibrated why is it failing It won’t go into drive Or reverse It’s automatic transmission And I won’t say neutral and Sometimes it goes into gear Will drive at Low RPM And then kick out of gear and show no Drive or neutral or reverse symbols on the dash

Did you re-install it in the correct position I think it has to be retracted then pushed firmly against the clutch fork and tightened up after cleaning etc.   Then you cycle it. You could also take it off again and check to see if it hasn't punched a hole through the clutch fork, yes it happens....easy fix is to attach a cone onto the actuator arm bigger that the hole created and readjust.
