Smart fortwo 453 AC issues

Good afternoon everyone, 

 

I've had my fortwo now for around 3 months. Just replaced the clutch and actuator.

 

3 weeks ago I recently regassed the air conditioning, the first week it was working fine (ice cold) then after that it started to blow out warm air when I was stuck in traffic.

 

Today its blowing out hot air. When then AC is switched on the rev counter doesn't move up a notch and neither does the engine 'chug'. 

 

Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be as I have just spent £1200 on the new clutch and actuator.

Welcome to the club....Get someone to check the joint half way under car for leaking....OR, did you check AC belt..?  Sorry I live in the 450 model world, so just guessing.
