Hey guys and gals......been a while since I heard from any gals if I recall correctly...?  Here on the site that is...lol.   Do we have any gals who own smart car left...?

Any way my question is.....is there an issue with the site ?  I seem to keep having to sign in now a days where I never had to do so in the past...?  Anyone else having this issue?   It's starting to get under my skin as thick as that is...lol.

Hopefully we start visiting the site more often soon as the summer months come to a close, I'd hate to watch one of the last Smart Car sites slowly or is that quickly drop off the edge of the world so to speak.   Damn....!

I could not join up using my Gmail account/Google.  I ended up getting an outlook email account to join this forum

i use chrome on windows 10

 

no problems at all..it keeps me signed in until i run cache clean and then spend days trying to remember all the passwords that chrome doesnt auto save

I also use Windows 10 and also do a deep clean at least twice a month if not more....I haven't lost my passwords yet thank god....or I would be in serious trouble.....lol. Over the last couple days I did a few deep cleans using all the anti-virus etc programs I have installed.....so we'll see if that helped. I had zero indications that anything was or is wrong except this issue. Next will be an updated printed out list of all passwords etc...lol  Fingers crossed.   AUGH!!!!

So far so good, seems it's been cleared up and still no sign of what caused it.....time will tell I guess.....maybe one day I'll put out the money for a Mac.    but won't be today...lol.    Is it true that they do not suffer from these issues at all..???  


At the moment I have just started suffering from constant adds being forced upon me over on Youtube......it seems I had a free trial of add free service......what a frig'in pain in the arse the adds are.....but I refuse to pay to get rid of them......but it sure was nice not to have to sit through adds etc similar to regular TV services....lol.   Maybe I'm just too old and cranky to learn or pay for better services....lol.  I have bigger fish to fry at the moment....adds will sooner or later come to the forefront I'm sure or I'll simply give up the fun of Youtube...lol

I've had ZERO problems with any Windows versions that I have had .. as far back as Windows 95

I have never found it to be particularly good at doing anything and it is completely unable to do some of the things I want a computer to do.

 

Windo$e is also so hard to actually use. I think their main business plan is that "if it aint broke don't fix it" is the opposite of their company target, everything changes and nothing is in the same place day to day for absolutely no discernible reason.

 

Unfortunately some hardware needs it to work such as the Star diagnostics but I absolutely refuse to have it on any of the computers that have important stuff on. I those cases I generally have a computer each for any particular software that has to use Mocrosoft.

 

I have to say though, they do make the best mice. I have an optical mouse that I bought on the release date in 1999 in Miami and it is still my main mouse.
