next time I'll reduce the number of picture to match the song.

Or have more then one song. ;)

SWEET MONKEY!!!

Those videos are the coolest thing EVER!

Now it sets a precedence...

EVERY trip we go on needs to have one of these vids! :P

But I am curious... Shouldn't we host these vids offsite with one of the free video storage sites like google or youtube?

As more and more people click on these and more vids we have in the future... Would there be a problem where the isp says bandwidth exceeded, etc, blah blah blah?

Either way, keep it up! This new site is looking hawt!

We get 1000 gigs of bandwidth per month and that GROWS by 8 gigs EACH WEEK.

Harddrive space is currently 21120.000 MB and that grows by 160megs per week.

This plan we have is insane... So no worries.

Eddie: Those are gorgeous shots! Is it my imagination or are the colours much richer than with digi photos? I am still trying to get used to digital photography, after being a long-time film-user. Thanks again for the pics!

Basic point and shoot camera using Kodak 400 HD film...

I wonder if that makes the difference...

Eddie

Well, the colours (at least on my iMac screen) are very verdant. Rich, rich, green! (Maybe I should work in marketing for Kodak film!) :biglaugh:

I think the difference isn't the camera is much as it is the developer. That is one thing that has been lost with the move to digital... the professional photo finisher. It is their job to correct for colour, etc and they can make adjustments before printing from film. Some of the really good ones can take your crappy point-and-shoots and turn them into really vibrant works of art... within limits of course.

Now that it is digital they can do even more if they were so inclined, but there is no reason to hire skilled specialists when it is so easy a monkey can do it... so now you end up with untrained Costco or Wallmart employees firing them off and you get the photo you took rather than the photo you wish you took.

Oh, that's interesting! Makes sense. :clapping: Have you ever printed your own digi photos? I've yet to, I can't imagine they'd look as good as a developer's. So far all I've done is email and post digi pics online, which, of course is very handy and fun. Uh-oh, I'm hijacking this thread...:offtopic:

(But those are still very nice photos, Eddie!)
