Hey all,

My name is Chris, I have a pure coupe Black & White.

I love my car but i've been having regular dicussions with MB about there service costs.

You my have seen the spread sheet that i created on the topic.

This means a lot to me since i have put on 27000Km since early November

Welcome to clubsmartcar!

We have been having a discussion on this topic already.

Some people have been proposing a DIY approach in light of the high servicing costs, and others have been avoiding the dealers that charge over the odds for Service B in particular.

They really do need to have a look at this, because the smart is in the economy car segment.

If it wasn't you then somebody would do it, I am also going to be a high mileager (1000k per week) and I am not looking forward to the overly inflated service costs of this vehicle.........

Greetings Chris! Good to see you found the club. We met in Jan. at Angelos-remember the Lindt bunny. I loved your story about the ''brake assist''. I'm glad to see that you're taking MB to task for the high service costs- let me know if I can help.Try to come to Wortley Rd. on Tues. to meet more smarties. I can't beleive that you have 27,000 on the smart-where have you been? :beerchug:
