FS: large edit10n collector box with HO Busch 451 model

This is the large format box that was given by dealers in 2008 to some smart owners, it contains a Busch 451 edit10n model in 1/87 scale, a leather-bound notebook and four smart button pins.

The postage will be paid by the buyer in addition to the cost, and to make it worth my while to box up and mail, I'd like at reasonable offer for the set, something over $10.
