Hello One and all, We have added more so be sure to check it out.
The 2nd Smart Car Mystery Date is Saturday August 7th, 2010. To start everything off will be the Meet and Greet At Dundurn Castle on York Street Hamilton Ontario We will begin with a coffee, time to say hi and take few photos of our little darlings. Time To meet is 12:00 till 1:00 pm in the side parking lot (across from the Hamilton cemetary.) We will meet under the gazebo once you have parked. We leave at one for .................Ah no, you did not think I was actually going to tell you now did you?  The locations and routes will not be unveiled until the day of the run. There is a $10.00 entry fee per person before you can begin. It will be worth it!!!!! Leave for the tour. We have found a terrific spot for dinner which will end the day quite nicley. The staff is freindly, the owner is nice and they have one big parking lot, handicap accessable and the best part the food is good for the price. Check out the web site http://www.stonewallshamilton.ca/ We have set reservations for 5:30 pm. We will need to give them a total count a couple of days in advance as they are supplying us with our own wait staff....yeah!!!!!!!! After dinner we will run a 50/50 draw, Proceeds from the days events will go to the Make a Wish Foundation this year. We will also be giving you some tickets for a draw for a few items. jwight (John) Sorry for the delay. Bill and I live on our boat at Hamilton Harbour and we welcome guests. Bill and I will be attending the London event at Plunkett Estate on the Thursday and if you are attending we can meet up there to discuss it or you can PM me and we can work out the details.
As to everyone else,. I have some good news. One of our mystery stops called me this morning with some good news, they have decided to allow the event for free. So instead of the $20.00 entry fee, it has dropped to $10..00  They only ask that we give them a total as soon as possbile. So take a look at your calendars everyone and see if you are free that day and let us know. I was asked last night in London if people could sign on the day of the Rally or join us for dinner afterwards if they are not able to make the rally. For sure....the more the merrier. I (we) will be there with bells on .......... OK, maybe no bells, but we will be there. It looks like a picture perfect day so far.
Gotta go scrape some bugs off the front of "Bruised" that were collected on the way home from the Plunkett show & shine, grab some ice for the cooler and head out. Leaving lots of time for this trip since I know Hamilton is famous for its maze of one-way streets. With the U-turn queen as my navigator, I suspect it may take us a few hours to get there
