I've been hosting CsC free of charge since about 2 years go now (is that right? Whenever I was elected pres). I'm not sure that can continue indefinately. I recall that it was the goal of the current admin to get things set up financially (I seem to remember "within 2 months") - did that ever happen? If so, then there should be some mechanism to pay for expenses.Steven Quote

I just looked at it and it breaks down like this: That server runs me $25 a month. CsC has accounted for about 25% of the resources used each month (give or take). So "fair" would be $5 a month. If that's all we're talking about then I'd feel way too cheap asking CsC to pay me for it.In other words, I'll be happy to continue on a free basis indefinately. As long as CsC has members and it is active, I'll keep it hosted. The only caveat to that is if the bandwidth increases considerably and it starts costing me more then we'll look at it then. But as its going it could probably triple and not be an issue. - Steven Quote
