ARTZ Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 (edited) I think the reason for it is so that people don't come on and keep posting to those words games (that were quite active before) and their number of posts are greatly increased, even though they didn't contribute any smart, environmental, etc.. information to the forums.Other forums have ranking systems and people are given credit towards valid/concrete information; but that is a lot of work to administrate.PS: I just posted in the Community Chatter as well and before I posted I looked at my post count and it did NOT change, so that is exactly what is going on. As mentioned the word games distorted any meaningful tabulation along with the bright bunnies who would post a long sentence one word at a time in successive posts. As I recall Dean took charge and cleaned up the situation. What you see happening now are likely residuals from then. Quote
