Missing Location Information In New User Registration Form

Lately I've been noticing new members with confused information in the 'Location' Field under their name (Such as "What the?" or an email address, or whatever). I decided to log out and have a look at the registration form, and sure enough, the labelling for what is presumably the location field is missing. There is just an unlabelled text box sitting there. This is probably residual damage from the hacking a while back. We should probably get that fixed up.Edit: Also noticed in the Control Panel that there are two blank options. I've attached a picture to show where, just above the Subscriptions heading.
