Turbo Kits

I Guys i'm new to the forum. I own a 2008 smart fortwo and im looking to install a turbo into it, i was wondering if someone knows where i am able to purchase a kit or if its safe to possibly fabricate my own turbo system. Thanks.

Car gets far too noisy and no longer road legal.  Why pay $4000 plus taxes, postage and installation costs for something that makes your Smart undrivable?

The OP asked a question; decision is up to him.  Not sure what the vehicle inspection laws are in Canada but he can certainly research them prior to making a purchase decision.  The Smart Madness kit is not road legal in California; other states will have different laws so in the US "road legal" varies by state law.
