Sigh.   Too little, too late.   I sold my previous generation Smart ED for the new one, and the new one is even slower.

Interesting...  I wonder if the regen setting is user adjustable.

I wonder how it works. Probably worth noting that any increase in power in an EV comes with an equal reduction in range. This just sounds like it permanently enables "kick-down mode," which is probably not good on the batteries or motors over the long run.
