Getfuzzy
I was thinking of using 4 front steel rims plus spacers for the rear so I could use one size of tire. I've seen some for sale and they were listed as 4 inches wide, while at Flying Tiger they were listed as 4.5 inches wide. Do the steel wheels come in two different widths? tia
MikeT
They're 4 inches for the 450. Early (pre-Canadian importation) front wheels were 3,5 inches wide.
MikeT
...and beware, the 451 has totally different offsets.....
LooseLugNuts
i think the best way to match tires is to find 2 spare rear rims for a 451 ...and use them on the front of a 450 i did this with my 450 and it worked well with very little trimming of plastic up front i used 4 P185/55R15 tires
Mjolinor
Why would you want to have four wheels on the rear of your car? Shirley it would look ridiculous and be damned hard to get round corners?
