She tells me she hears a buzz for about 5 seconds when turning key and she's pretty sure it's the fuel pump but I really need to go and listen for myself to confirm Quote

cloggedb Posted February 15 Author Posted February 15 Got my mom to do a few quick checks. Sam looks to be in great shape. And the connector for the fuel pump looks good. I hope to have her try and record fuel pump noise when she goes out to put the sam back in. Will try and crank again now that it's not so cold out. cloggedb Posted February 15 Author Posted February 15 (edited) Ok looks like there is a bit of a fuel leak on left side of the car. Reading up about where it's dripping looks like a high pressure fuel pump leak. Would this leak stop the car from starting? Edited February 16 by cloggedb Quote
