NJV
Man would I love to have one of these - just like my current car, but Soo much cooler.hmm... trade in? I kinda doubt it as we wouldn't get enough for our car I don't think.
MikeT
Cooler for sure, because the nightrun does NOT come with heated seats!
Diesel Dave
Way to go smartdave. And thanks for posting. Most smarties have never seen a nightrun and you already have one. Tell us more. Did you plan on buying one or did you simply come across it in the showroom and decide it was the one to have? Any pictures yet? If you don't like the interior or brabus spoiler, I can help you out. Guest smartdave
In Oct 06 I purchased a black Pulse but a leather car was not available. I was at the dealer and saw the Nightrun and bugged the sale person to find a way to switch to the Nightrun. They took my car back and I drove away with #15. It looks even better with LED side lights. The interior is not cold without the heated seats because where you sit is suede. Compared to my original car, this one feels a lot more solid, quiet, and peppy. I don't know why as the other car was only 4 months old. I am running the snows right now but will be putting the 175's on the front and 195's on the back in the spring.
Diesel Dave
Excellent. As for the leather, I agree with you and I think some people forget or don't know that the seats are suede where you actually sit. I think you have the nicest interior ever put in a smart. As for how tight and quiet the cars are, I can tell you from having owned two new smarts in two years, that tight new feeling goes away rapidly usually around 20,000kms. Nothing you can do about it.nightrun #12/50 297485 nightrun #15/50 305573 nightrun #22/50 305024 nightrun #31/50 295792 nightrun #46/50 297856 nightrun #50/50 300799

IMSMRT
should this be in the vehicle distribution and tracking section with the regular cars and the grandstyle registry?S
Diesel Dave
Oops. You're right. My mistake. Please feel free to move it. Speaking of the grandstyle registry. I met the owner of #197, a coupe in Burlington but he didn't know the VIN and has no real interest in getting it for me. I track him down one day. Diesel Dave
I don't know how we are supposed to VIN them all when one winds up in California already. Awesys
Probably there just temporarily for show. The license plate looked like a temporary state license plate, and it didn't have any US mods done to it. Hopefully it returns soon!
