MikeT
Update: As it says on an earlier page in this thread, all the nightruns identified to that point in time had come on one ship called the Toronto. All 47 nightruns identified up to a day ago had indeed arrived on that ship. Well, it turns out that only 49 cars were on that ship and two of the 49 are called on the MB data cards "pulse" in black on black, with all the same options as the nightruns. But it did not have the nightrun code of "BRA". However, I am confident that both are indeed nightruns, so this revised list reflects that. nightrun #01/50: 300663 (SK) nightrun #02/50: 302648 (NS) nightrun #03/50: 297045 (NB)nightrun #05/50: 298629 (QC)nightrun #07/50: 305911 (QC)nightrun #08/50: 297243 (USA) nightrun #10/50: 297753 (QC) nightrun #11/50: 294648 (ON) - Earliest known nightrun (Serial #).nightrun #12/50: 297485 (ON) nightrun #13/50: 298569 (ON) - Scrappednightrun #15/50: 305573 (ON)nightrun #16/50: 303103 (BC)nightrun #19/50: 298324 (ON)nightrun #20/50: 298641 (ON) nightrun #21/50: 299041 (ON)nightrun #22/50: 305024 (ON)nightrun #23/50: 303251 (USA)nightrun #24/50: 301454 (ON) - Salvage title/rebuiltnightrun #27/50: 298861 (ON)nightrun #29/50: 303794 (MB) nightrun #30/50: 301482 (AB)nightrun #31/50: 295792 (AB)nightrun #33/50: 297910 (AB)nightrun #34/50: 298829 (BC)nightrun #35/50: 299002 (AB)nightrun #36/50: 299026 (BC)nightrun #37/50: 299062 (BC) - could be No. 39/50 nightrun #38/50: 299879 (BC)nightrun #40/50: 300189 (AB)nightrun #41/50: 296724 (BC)nightrun #42/50: 296081 (USA) - Salvage title/rebuilt nightrun #44/50: 297732 (BC)nightrun #45/50: 298004 (AB)nightrun #46/50: 297858 (ON)nightrun #47/50: 296283 (ON)nightrun #48/50: 296843 (BC) nightrun #50/50: 300799 (QC) nightrun #??/50: 294656 (ON) nightrun #??/50: 295643 (QC) nightrun #??/50: 296215 (AB) nightrun #??/50: 297598 (BC) nightrun #??/50: 297946 (QC) nightrun #??/50: 298832 (ON) nightrun #??/50: 298958 (QC) nightrun #??/50: 299011 (ON) - Salvage title/rebuilt nightrun #??/50: 300386 (BC) nightrun #??/50: 304062 (ON) nightrun #??/50: 304383 (USA) nightrun #??/50: 306290 (ON) Total: 49/

boomchek
#44 just popped up on our car lot in Langley. I was researching what the night run edition was and came across this board.

darren
Interesting variety of cars there, with a Tesla Model S and that jacked-up RAM in the background! I do sometimes miss my ol' 450 with those same BRABUS wheels on it. Sharp-looking ride.
Stig007
I was lucky enough to get a hold of #44 Maybe I'm not looking in the right spot but information on these is not as prevalent as I thought it would be. Correct me if I'm wrong but this is just an aesthetic package right? The engine is still a 40 horsepower 74 foot pound diesel engine.

MikeT
No. 44 in Texas! Wow. If you want, it can be remapped to about 60 HP - plus or minus - and 100 lbs-ft. This also removes the speed limiter and raises the top speed to 95-100 MPH. Just want you need on that 85 MPH Texas freeway. You can also of course put the correct tire size on those rims, which would be 175 width on the front and 195 on the rear. And the BRABUS sport suspension or other equivalent if you are so inclined. Stig007
Where can I get it remapped? is it something I can do with a personal programmer,(if so what brand or company should I look at) or is it something I have to take it to a shop for? . Also is there a good source for parts like the brabus suspension or other performance parts for the 450 . So far all i can find are oem and body panels . MikeT
There are various options, including sending the engine ECU to Flying Tiger Development in Richmond BC for the remap. I have no personal experience with personal programmers so someone else will have to give you that advice.

I nightrun che abbiamo sono canadesi. Non sono sicuro di come siano numerati i modelli europei. Le auto canadesi non si presentano come modelli Brabus quando controlli il Vin. Queste sono le informazioni che mi ha fornito la concessionaria.
MikeT
Canada only got 50 of them - all with 40 HP diesel engine (!) whereas the European ones (74 HP) may not have been limited production - therefore may not have been numbered.
MikeT
301482 - nightrun #30, has 1249 km on it! This is according to CarFax. Strange.
