Secondary Air Valve

Hi, 2013 car, under 100km.  The secondary air valve is stuck open and engine light on.  Have others had this as a problem? I'm being quoted $500 (parts and labour) for the fix. Thanks.

Wow.....  The part should be under $50 and it's an easy DIY exchange......  :)
