I see a couple of those on AliExpress. Maybe I should order one. At 40 bucks might be worth a try 

I'll have her go look once it warms up a bit. I'm kinda hoping for burnt pins. 

Check the N-111-3 connector on the SAM. If one or more of the pins show heat damage, the car needs external relays mounted.

I'm trying to remote mechanic for my mom, she's the one with the car and got it unstuck. She tells me she hears a buzz for about 5 seconds when turning key and she's pretty sure it's the fuel pump but I really need to go and listen for myself to confirm 

It's been a very cold few weeks .
