Radio keeps dropping to zero volume then back to normal with no fixed cycle time, even when just sitting with engine running.  Grundig C323 w/CD player, FM and AM modes. Any ideas? Thanks - Mike 2006 450 cdi

Attention loyal fans of “Thoughts for the Day” thread.  I’ve not made the daily entries recently due to medical issues.  This record will likely remain unchanged heading into October as I’m undergoing a full hip replacement in 4 days (Monday Sept 28).  Expectation is a 4-to-5 day hospital stay, as surgery involves removal of titanium rod, 2 bolts and 2 screws installed 14 months ago, due to a fall at home.  My healing has not tracked well, necessitating a full hip joint replacement.  I encourage any and all to post your thoughts, ideas, feelings, quotes, etc to this thread.  It can be a very cathartic experience. I hope to be back at a consistent pace in a couple of.weeks.
