thats bad news - unfortunately I think we are going to see a lot more of that happening due to the economic downturn. Twice last year I bought some parts from a UK dealer who I won't name and had to wait forever to get them to correct the orders due to missing parts. The problems eventually got resolved but not entirely to my satisfaction. I wondered at that time if the poor service I received was a reflection of the downturn in the UK. Who knows.
