The new thermostat (Wahler) is not working properly. It takes too long for the water to reach 3 dots.

There are still some really great micro-cars available in Europe, but the math ain't mathing on these. I would LOVE an ultra-compact EV to have in the driveway for convenience, but only if it comes with a truly affordable lease.

Now I have another car (smart fortwo 2005 cdi) which is on its second thermostat in 4 years.

Unfortunately, only I caught spring, the car didn't.

Won't be sold here, and even if it was offered here, they'd sell a handful. Not much car for a truckload of money. I think what was a cool idea in 1998 is a far less cool idea nearly 30 years later.
